Return & Exchange

Horati will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders may be returned within 30 days after receiving the order. To return item(s), go to your account on our website and request a return. You will receive a return label and additional information by email.

The conditions for returning a product are:
— the product must be unwashed and show no signs of wearing;
— the product must have the original HORATI® tag still attached;
— the product must be returned in the original packaging;
— underwear, bodies, swimwear and pierced jewelry can not be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the returned item is faulty. The shipping costs as mentioned on our website also apply for return shipping. The return shipping costs will be withdrawn from the refund of the returned item(s). Save your shipping receipt with tracking code as proof of shipping. As soon as we have received and approved your return, it can take up to 10 business days to process your refund.

Horati does not offer a service for exchanging products. If you want to exchange a product, please follow the return instructions and place a new order. The return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the new order are at the expense of the customer, unless the returned item is faulty.
