Return & Exchange
Horati will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund. For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodies, swimwear and pierced jewelry are not eligible for return, unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders may be returned within 30 days after receiving the order. To return the item(s), please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for return, and you will receive a return label and additional information.
The conditions for returning a product are:
— The product must be unwashed and show no signs of wearing;
— The product must have the original HORATI® tag still attached;
— The product must be returned in the original packaging;
— Underwear, bodies, swimwear and pierced jewelry can not be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
Return shipping is free for the customer and at cost of Horati. Save your shipping receipt with tracking code as proof of shipping. As soon as we have received and approved your return, it can take up to 10 business days to process your refund.
Horati does not offer a service for exchanging products. If you want to exchange a product, please follow the return instructions and place a new order. Return shipping is free. The shipping costs of the new order are at the expense of the customer, unless the returned item is faulty.
