GENERAL INFORMATION
You will receive a confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time it is placed. After that, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Please note that during sale and collection releases, dispatch time may take up to 5 business days.

RETURNS
We will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund. Orders may be returned within 30 days after receiving the order. To return the item(s), please send us an email with your order number and the reason for return, and you will receive additional information. The products must be unworn and unwashed. The products must have all original HORATI®️ tags still attached. The products must be returned in the original packaging. Underwear, bodies, swimwear and pierced jewelry can not be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Please note that return shipping is at cost of the customer. Save your tracking code link as proof of shipping. As soon as we have received and approved your return, it will take up to 10 business days to process your refund.
